Bay Area indie-pop songwriter Mae Powell will be release her debut album Both Ways Brighter on August 20th via Park The Van.
She recently let go of its second single “Both Ways Brighter.” The track brandishes an easy-breezy indie rock and folk sound with a pop-centered mindset that is produced to perfection. The track somehow finds an equal balance between these sounds, resulting in a song that is both incredibly catchy and most importantly, charming.
