The Hong Kong-based indie outfit Lucid Express will release their self-titled debut album on July 16th via Kanine Records. We previously shared the album’s lead single “Wellwave” and return with its follow-up, “Hotel 65.”
The band taps into a blend of dream pop bliss with a darker and harder post-rock blend that channels elements of shoegaze. There’s a highly atmospheric tone to it all that feels raw and primal but also beautiful and eerie at the very same time.
