Los Angeles-based rock outfit Velvet Starlings tap into the sounds of rock and roll’s past on their rocking new single “Back Of The Train.” The track comes from their forthcoming debut album, Technicolour Shakedown, which is due out on August 27 via Sound x 3 Records/AWAL/The Orchard.
The track has that old school 60’s infused psych and garage rock groove that calls to mind rock and roll greats from many different eras, with a bit of a modern kick that has a bit of Miles Kane and Black Rebel Motorcycle Club going on.
