Portsmouth, England punk rockers Hallan are gearing up for the release of their debut EP Reporting Live From The Living Room Floor, due out via Nice Swan Records on July 16th. They previously shared first single “Orwell’s Idyllic Future” and have since returned with the equally fiery “Reruns.”
Punk rock spirit runs smoothly through “Reruns” veins, with a fast-paced blistering garage rock anthemic build that fits perfetly with the groovy bassline and the punk guitars. All of these are well crafted soundscapes for the observational lyricism about being stuck inside, not seeing the sunlight as you watch TV. Something we all lived through over the past year or so.
