Bnny is a Chicago-based band led by Jess Viscius, who plays alongside her twin sister Alexa Viscius, as well as her best friends Tim Makowski, Matt Pelkey, and Adam Schuber. The band will release their debut album, Everything, on August 20th via Fire Talk Records. The album announcement came with the release of the pretty lead single “Ambulance.”

The track has a minimal feel to it, with light instrumentation setting the table for her hypnotic vocals that are fragile and full of a heartbreaking emotional feel. At only two minutes long, it makes good use of its runtime and delivers an emotionally affecting song that does a lot with a little.

About the song, Jess added:

Ambulance is about wishful thinking. It’s about guilt and forgiveness. It’s about reconciling with your past. It’s about saying goodbye.”
