Jordan Sommerlad is a New York-based indie songwriter, singer, multi-instrumentalist, and bedroom producer that is preparing for the release of his sophomore album later this year.
He’s given us a preview of the new record with the charming new single “Hologram” which is a song he describes about “living through the COVID in NYC, and staring out the window every day at the same street corner.” The pop gem features some charming vocals and power pop arrangements, highlighted by a distinct and hook-filled chorus that will get lodged in your head with great ease. There is a naturalism to it all that is undeniable and winning in every way.
