Cosmic Crooner is a musician from the Netherlands whose recently shared single “Cosmic Crooner” turns back the clocks to the sounds of 60s/70s songs and film soundtracks.
The crooner part of his name is in full effect as he finds a soulful cinematic touch on the song that is accompanied by strings, making it feel like a mix of Scott Walker and The Last Shadow Puppets. There is a lot of old fashioned goodness here made even more lively with some well integrated modern influences.
