7Mondays is the Italian duo of Isacco Scarriglia and Alessandro Franco, who joined forces musically last year. The duo has recently released their debut EP Sent via Dirty Beach / Truebypass.
“Crowns” is a swirling rock sound that captures the dreamy angular riffage of DIIV with influences from many of the 90s giants and shoegazers. The lush vocals are a perfect pairing for the dark guitar navigation that keeps the mind racing and the emotions running wild and free. The song packs a ton of hooks and wicked smart construction in a way that is an absolute homerun.
