Bridge Dog is a Sydney-based duo who makes dreamy pop goodness that they self-describe as “combining the fuzz-rock aesthetics of Pinkerton-era Weezer, with the meandering indie-pop melodies of Belle and Sebastian.”
They say they’re only getting started but based on their newly released single “San Francisco” they are headed on the right path. This is a perfect mix of fuzzy dream-pop in the vein of acts like Alvvays with some incredible vocals, shoegazy guitars, and a chorus that will get lodged deep within your brain. There is also a genuine emotional sentiment that feels totally and utterly sincere.
