Beatnik Neon, the Houston, Texas-based electronic duo of Nolan Farmer and Yann McBreton, saw a lot of help by the way of guest collaborators on their new album Yoreself.
This includes the almost title track “Yourself” which sees them joined by vocalist Christine Nicole. The track has a grand and epic dramatic scope to it with some gorgeous strings accompanying the powerhouse vocals from Nicole.
There is a cinematic shine to the album and this song, in particular, that has me impressed with all that Beatnik Neon have summoned from all of the talent involved.
