The Sewing Club are a band from Nashville, Tennessee who make rock music out of their bedroom, such as their rather infectious single “Trying.”
The track was penned by lead singer Hannah McElroy after struggling with the transition of moving from Tianjin, China to Nashville, TN for university. The band captures a catchy indie pop and power pop anthem for a new generation, like a mix of Jay Som, Clairo, and Alvvays.
