Old Friends is an indie rock band from South Jersey led by Nick Noto on vocals and guitar as well as Anthony Keller on drums as well as producer Victor Sabatino.

They’ve recently caught our attention with their new single “The Song Written Today,” a song that was written when Keller told Noto that he enlisted to join the army right before the release of their debut album.

The song was born out of that moment and you can feel the passion throughout, from the lyrics, the emotive vocals, and the big-time guitar riff that gives it a feel of a mix between The Gaslight Anthem and Silversun Pickups. The song has a big heart and wears it on its sleeve and it feels authentically raw and passionate as a result.
