London-based musician Paolo Ruiu doesn’t waste time sucking you into one hell of a groovy sound on his recently released single “Low.”
The track tackles a high energy pulsating 70s psych riff that feels like a slightly dreamier more lush King Gizzard track. It feels like the sort of lost rock classic that you would find crate digging and wonder why it wasn’t the biggest song in the world.
According to Ruiu:
“‘Low’, written as a personal reflection on the developing polarising views of two close friends, tries not to solely be a ‘finger pointer’ song, but one that turns on it’s narrator too, questioning their own lens.”
