Minari, one of the best films of 2020, has many ingredients that make a great movie. This includes a memorable score that features some stunning compositions from composter Emile Mosseri.
This includes the moving “Rain Song” which features the vocals of Yeri Han and is used in perfect fashion during the film for a devastatingly emotional effect.
“Rain Song” came together as a collaborative effort between Mosseri and Korean translator and lyricist Stefanie Hong, who worked with Mosseri to adapt his original English lyrics into the Korean language.
