Anders/O’Bitz, the California-based songwriting duo of singer-songwriter Eric Anders and guitarist-composer Mark O’Bitz have returned with their new track “Careful Now My Son.”
It’s the first offering from their new collection of music entitled Music In The time Of Coronavirus. They decided to have three seperate releases for the collection so that each of them would be consistent style-wise. The songs were recorded remotely during shelter in place and were inspired by the “isolation, anxiety, and cultural upheaval of the pandemic year of 2020.”
“Careful Now My Son” captures a folk and country-themed rock sound that takes the inner-turmoil of the past year and captures it in a fashion that feels raw and passionate, capturing the tense moment of uncertainty that we all remember all too well.
