London-based artist and producer Grace Gillespie recently let go of her brand new EP After The Harvest Moon.
It was born out of “a turn inwards, rather than any particular outward inspiration.” One of the highlights of the release is the awesomely titled “For Nick Drake.”
It’s a classic sounding folk tune that would have fit in alongside the era of the heralded singer of which she wrote the song for and describes how “he words came out very quickly to craft an homage for a beautiful man who was too delicate, too quiet, too aware for this loud and uncaring world.
