Nari is a Bay Area indie-pop artist who summons of dreams of better spent summer days on her new single “Pony.”

It’s an almost effortless bedroom pop jam with a feel good nature that coasts along on some irresistible charm. Not only does it shine with its production and Nari’s breezy vocal delivery, but it captures a sort of a vintage nostalgic sound that feels therapeutic. Which makes sense considering the song’s backstory, one described as, “a personal song about a difficult breakup, one that pushed her to find the confidence to start writing and releasing music. It’s also the first song she ever wrote, one she never thought would see the light of day.”

Considering this is the first song she ever wrote, we are incredibly excited to see what comes next for her. For now, enjoy the music video for “Pony” below.
