Ethan Tasch is a 22-year-old singer-songwriter from Northern California who has wowed us with his new song “Zombies.”
The track channels aspects of indie folk and even country, with a slight pop delivery in his vocal infliction. While the sound he achieves here may not be “reinventing” the genre, the sound he achieves is one that is still stunning and effective regardless. It has this warm and emotive quality that just comes naturally, the sort of stuff you could not fake even if you tried.
