Edinburgh, UK musician Swiss Portrait has returned with the follow-up to previously released singles “These Days,” with the equally charming new effort “Find My Way.”
It’s another lovely dreamy indie rock offering with a bit of a hopeful glow of energy, channeled through it’s very 80s indie rock minded guitar riffs and textures that fit perfectly alongside his delicate vocals.
Enjoy a listen to “Find My Way” below, along with the following quote from Swiss Portrait” about the creation of the track.
Find my way, lyrically comes from when I play hide and seek with my puppy in the garden at night. Even though the lyrics come from a non-serious part of life, the ambiguous nature of the lyrics allows the listener to draw their own conclusion and take the song on their own journey throughout listening to it. For me I think this is due to the ubiquitous placement of phrases throughout the song.
