Billy Summer is a musician out of Florida who has just released his brand new doubled sided single “Come on Down” / “Something Happening” the first of a series of paired singles that he will release throughout the fall.
The track channels some of the classics of the rock genre, with the emotion of the 80s and the chugging quality of 90s rock, all with a bit of personality and color of its own. While “Something Happening” has a swagger of its own that was recorded during the Spring, when “when shit got real, and people took to the streets to make it known.” You can feel the passion ooze out of both tracks with confidence and glee.
