ESTATES are a trio who hail from Manchester, who has won us over with their new single “sleepless.”
It’s an infectious jolt of energy that channels some jangly guitars and a knack for a big pop hook, while still channeling many of the indie rock elements that it seems influenced by. Think Two Door Cinema Club, Real Estate and Bombay Bicycle Club rolled up into one delightful package.

A driven, upbeat, indie track, with big choruses and is an ear-worm that will get stuck in your head all day. Exploring the juxtaposing sounds of a major, positive track, contrasting with negative, relatable lyrics.
