All My Madness is the project of Jacob, a 23-year-old out of Los Angeles. On January 18, 2016, he woke up deaf in his left ear for seemingly no reason and also suffers from bipolar disorder, as well as PTSD and psychosis. That s the “madness” described in the title of his project’s moniker All My Madness, of which he used to release his new track “Control.”
The track has this otherworldly, distant quality that feels like the sort of early work from King Krule. There’s this cold raw personal quality to it that actually is a part of the charm of the track.
