Harpo Milk is the solo project of Circa Waves’ guitarist Joe Falconer, who just released his debut EP Always A Party. We are here to share with you the EP’s opening cut and title track, “Always a Party.”
It’s an emotive and wistful folk-inspired rocker, with a bit of an expansive edge to it. While the vocal delivery is one that leans into the folk-rock territory, the guitars burst open with some dreamy lush shoegazy riffs and exploration that absolutely soars ahead.
About the track, Falconer explains:
“‘Always A Party’ is about starting to feel like you’re no longer better off on your own as you begin to allow someone else to take some of your weight.”
