Ego & I is the moniker of Danish musician Emil Pedersen, who will release his upcoming album Suburban Bourbon in October.
He’s shared the album’s single “Postmodern Man, Wife, Kids” a fierce rocker with lively energy to it that feels like it has the vocal delivery of Car Seat Headrest with the guitar rock fury of The Strokes.

I wanted to write a song about unsexy subjects like mortgages and lack of real identity. It’s not very rock n’ roll, but it is ten times more common than 90 percent of all radio music and I think it deserves attention.”
