Dan Tuffy, now based in The Netherlands, is a founding member of the 80’/90’s Melbourne psychedelic folk-rockers Wild Pumpkins at Midnight.
These days he is releasing solo songs of his own, including tracks such as “Can’t Contain My Feeling,” which is the opening effort from his new album Letters of Gold, which was released earlier in the year.
It’s a good pick for an opener as it subtly expands as it goes along, a warm inviting folk-rock display with some country-themed vocal inflictions and delivery that feels like a familiar story being passed down generations.
