Rough//Shapes are a Toronto-based indie rock outfit whose sound is described a combination of “indie rock, lo-fi, shoegaze, and noise pop.” They put all these elements together quite well on their debut EP Pattern No Frame, which was released earlier this summer.
“One More Time” is the lead-off track from the EP, one that sets the tone for sure. It packs a bunch of groovy guitar rock elements with a bit of slacker rock and dreamy 90s rock elements that are part familiar but also unique in the way that they meld them together in their own way.
