Lucie,Too is an all-girl indie pop/rock band comprised of college students hailing from Utusnomiya, a town a couple of hours away from Tokyo that is famous for its gyoza.
In a just world, the town will soon be known for the town that Lucie,Too came out of. The band has captured the essence of good youthful garage rock with their track “Hamming,” a song that they wrote during the lockdown.
It captures that 90s indie sound so perfectly. Even despite not quite understanding what they’re singing across, it perfectly lands all the same.
