The Illness
UK collective The Illness are a collective featuring members of Ambulance, Wolf Solent, Broken Arm, and Alisia Casper. They have returned with a new 12″, which is their first release after 5 years plus of scrapped sessions and line-up changes.
Last month we shared first release “Descending G” and they’ve since followed it up with “Phrases Redacted” a track that features Bob Nastanovich of Pavement and Silver Jews.
The track channels a lot of the 90s indie rock sound of both artists, with an uplifting expanded spirit that rises to the occasion and evolves throughout it’s 6-minute plus runtime.
