Neutral on Paul is a recording project of Austin-based musician Tom Lamb. He recorded his new album Paper Brats using “a pile of delay pedals, and a room full of, primarily, entry-level instruments and a few great guitars.” Then he sent them “postal service” style under quarantine with producer Taylor Tatsch to bring it to life.

“Pills” is a highlight from the album that channels a lot of 90’s indie rock such as Built to Spill, with a power-pop crunch to it and some well-defined guitar work that fit Lamb’s expressive vocal work.
