Brooklyn’s Surf Rock Is Dead released their debut album Existential Playboy, an album which we’ve shared a handful of early singles from.
With the release of the album, the band has highlighted “Another World,” a track from the album that marks the most radical departure from their sound to date. The track has a bit more of an electronic and pop drive sound that gives them their largest scale approach to date.
The band initially struggled with the initial configuration of the track. The song was crafted during some darker times for the guys, and it was indirectly inspired by the work of Russian novelist Fyodor Dostoyevsky.
You can find “Another World” streaming below and find the entire album available to stream and purchase at Bandcamp.
