South Carolina’s Grace Joyner has followed up single “Fake Girlfriend,” with its follow-up, “Hung The Moon.” Both tracks are taken off of her sophomore album Settle In, which will be released on April 24th.

“Hung The Moon” is yet another slice of smooth synth-pop that shows that Joyner knows her way around a real ear-worm of a melody. The vocal performance is a delightful pairing along with the colorful world of soundscapes that she builds effortlessly around it.

Here’s a bit from Grace Joyner on the creation of “Hung The Moon”:

“Hung the Moon” is the opening track for the record. It references the difficulties of trying to connect with someone you love. It’s about a big love so that is how I wanted the track to feel – almost otherworldly.
