Long Beach natives Skin Mag is a multimedia project comprised of singer/guitarist Shane Barton, drummer Devin Stewart, bassist/visual artist Davis Stewart, and multi-instrumentalists Noah Kurtz and Jack Nugent.
They’ve returned with their new single “Calm Me Down,” taken from their debut album, which is due for release in late April.
The track takes an emotional flight with echoing guitar work and vocals that fit the bill just as nicely. The track is described as “a song about the influences and manifestations of modern anxiety as we see it. It is nostalgia and portent in perfect unison.”
