Stockholm’s The Sweet Serenades will return with their new album City Lights on March 27th.
They’ve recently released the album’s third single “Runaway, which is described as being “inspired by endless skies and new beginnings – a road trip tune. Arena Indie with big emotions.”
This isn’t far off, as the track shines through with an upbeat synth feel and a dramatic vocal performance that reminds a bit of The Killers. Produced with a polished style, “Runaway” is an uplifting anthem that feels triumphant.
