Following a family tragedy that brought sisters Elle and Avery O’Brien back together, a new bond formed between the two which lead the creation of their band Harlequin Gold. The band, based out of Vancouver, are preparing for the release of their debut EP later this summer.
They have let go for the EP’s first single “Take Me Home,” a shimmering pop delight with some angular upbeat summery guitar riffs that combine well with the big vocals from the sisters who absolutely shine through in this winning effort. We can’t wait to get ahold of the entire EP.
