Los Angeles-based musician Rebecca Schiffman has returned with her brand new single “Every Moment Lasts Forever,” a track that followed the death of a friend and “trying to find comfort in the idea of time travel n Kurt Vonnegut’s sci-fi novel Slaughterhouse Five.”
It takes a thoughtful a personal topic and creatives an expansive sound that is equal parts somber but also quite delightful at the very same time. The song expands from a haunting synth atmosphere to something more of a Frankie Cosmos indie rock sound as it goes along and resonates every step of the way.
