Back in March Danish duo Shy Shy Shy released their debut album Make Up. They’ve kept plenty busy the rest of the year, going on to write a series of songs for an acclaimed new Danish TV show, Doggystyle. We previously shared with the first in the series with “Sober.”
Today we return with “Joyride,” the third song in the Doggystyle series. It’s a pretty indie pop song that features a minimal start but one that opens up every step of the way with a powerful vocal performance from vocalist Astrid Cordes. The band describes it as “a song about feeling shitty.”
