Willie Nelson’s Outlaw Music Festival came to the Saratoga Performing Arts Center on Sunday, September 23, featuring a solid lineup of Willie, Neil Young (who we also caught at The Capitol Theatre a few days later), Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, Sturgill Simpson, and two bands led by Willie’s two sons: Lukas Nelson & Promise Of The Real and Particle Kid.
