It’s been three years since Natalie Prass released her great self-titled debut album (and we last saw her perform at Bowery Ballroom in 2015). This year saw her long-awaited return, signing to ATO Records, who released her sophomore release, The Future and the Past.
On June 1 she brought the album to Brooklyn for a sold out performance at Rough Trade NYC. Sporting a new-look live band, the songs sounded new songs sounded fuller, old songs sounded like some new life pumped into them.
