Matthew Hu is a singer-songwriter San Francisco who has released a rather stunning single from his debut EP Paper Dream, which he’s set to release on January 27.
What caught my attention about “Daydreaming” was the combination of his strong vocals as well as the immense detail given to strings and horns that make this a fully realized and accomplished track that calls to mind artists such as Andrew Bird. Certainly a high compliment for an artist only just releasing his debut EP.
