Formed by Adam Bonomo (singer/songwriter/keyboardist), Bonomo is a NYC-based family of musicians whose mission is to “unify musical traditions.” They pull from many different sounds and walks of musical tradition, not limited to one style or label of music.
They just released their debut album, and based on the stunning sounds of lead single “Water,” this is a band that is clearly going places. There’s an unmistakable jazz influence on the track, one that is upbeat, wholeheartedly pleasant, and crafted to the upmost perfection. Bonomo’s lyrics are crisp and delicately clear, a perfect leader for a rather stunning piece.
