D.C.’ Thievery Corporation wrapped up a sold out two night run at Webster Hall on December 19, bringing plenty of music to dance to. The band was on tour in support of their most recent album Saudade, which was released in April.
Although Thievery Corporation is the duo of Rob Garza and Eric Hilton, on tour they’re a collective of various musicians, singers, and MC’s, all who rotate on and off stage when they’re respective song called for their talent. It gave the show a lot of variety, and brought something new and different at any given moment. They all came out at one point, filling the entire stage with more than a dozen players, giving us a clear idea at just how much heart and dedication goes into the production of a Thievery Corporation show.
