Back in October, London post-punkers Manilow released their new EP Cease and Desist. The three-piece aim to channel the classic London punk sound seen in so many greats before them, but in a refreshing manner.
But there’s more to them than just that. Live, they’ve garnered comparisons to bands such as Wire, Sonic Youth, Bauhaus and Television.
Take the EP’s fierce track “Missing” which chugs along with some tight riffs and vocals that sound readymade for some dingy British pubs.
