Scottish group We Were Promised Jetpacks will return with new album Unraveling on October 14 via FatCat Records.
“Safety In Numbers” is the record’s first single, and it also opens the album. Tensions are built upon its opening synth melody, and then the comforting vocals of Adam Thompson kick in and the rest of the song takes off in full formation, soaring to some pretty major heights.
If this is how the album opens, you gotta imagine the rest of it being pretty damn good, no? Guess we will find out soon enough.
