When animated film How to Train Your Dragon came out back in 2010, I took my little brother to it expecting absolutely nothing. I left the theater totally blown away. It’s now one of my favorite animated films, and I can’t wait to see the sequel How to Train Your Dragon 2 later this summer. (Watch the trailer over at Monday Morning Matinee)
The soundtrack of the original film featured a song called “Sticks and Stones” from Jónsim frontman of Sigur Rós. Jónsi has once again contributed a song for the series, this time offering a song called “Where No One Goes.” Just one listen to the sweeping anthem will make you see how perfect of a fit it is for the soundtrack. Lovely strings and a pounding drum summon up all kinds of grandiose feelings of emotion.
