Viet Cong is comprised of Matt Flegel and Matt Wallace, two former members of the defunct band Women, as well as Scott Munro and Danny Christiansen.
Last year the band released a tour only cassete. Well this summer they will release that EP digitally and on vinyl. It’s simply titled Cassette EP and will come out via Mexican Summer on July 8. You can check out a stream of jangly cut “Oxygen Feed” which I posted below.
I also posted below a demo of a song called “Bunker Buster” that is quite an encourging sing of things to come from this group.
