Owen Pallet will release his new album In Conflict on May 27 via Domino Records/Secret City Records (pushed back from its original May 13 release date).
He previously shared with us “On Path” and “The Riverbed” from the album, and last week he followed those up with a music video for album cut “Song For Five & Six.”
Replacing his trademark violin work are electronic swirls, some that set out to replicate where those trusty violins would have. There are actually some synth effects in there that remind me of some of the stuff The Drums did on Portamento.
