James Chance has recently been signed to True Groove Records, and to celebrate he’s released a special James Brown cover. He got together with The True Groove All-Stars and recorded a cover of Brown’s “I Don’t Want Nobody To Give Me Nothing.”
It’s a soulful cover, with plenty of the jazzy aspects required.
