Thee Oh Sees - Drop

Although Thee Oh Sees plan to go on an indefinite hiatus soon (and frontman John Dwyer has his own solo album on the way), the band still has one more album on the way. It’s called Drop and it’s out April 109 via Dwyer’s label Castle Face.

Drop was recorded in a banana ripening warehouse. They got some help from the likes of Mikal Cronin and Chris Woodhouse during recording

The band has shared album opener “Penetrating Eye.” What begins with a flurry of electronic blips soon kicks into one of Thee Oh Sees classic rips of fury. No shortage of dirty guitar riffs laced with fuzz and Dwyer’s familar vocal kick.
