Nicole Atkins, who impressed me a lot when I saw her last month, will release her new album Slow Phaser on February 4. She’s releasing it on her very own Oh’Mercy! Records. You can help contribute to it’s Pledge Music page.
Today Atkins released a new track from the album titled “Girl You Look Amazing.” She takes a more dance-friendly approach on the track which indulges in a funkier edge that is simply hard to resist. It’s a dazzyling spectacle of many different genres combined into something that’s oh so right, led by Atkins spectacular vocals.
