The Fratellis are back in full force with new album We Need Medicine coming out October 8. They already shared with us lead single “Seven Nights Seven Days” and they follow that up yesterday with the release of another album track: “This Old Ghost Town.”
Rolling Stone had the song premiere. It’s a good fun time that recaptures the pub rock and roll sound that the band got so big off of many years ago. They hit their stride with ease here, even throwing in a mariachi trumpet line which frontman Jon Fratelli says he dreampt up one night and was the “only reason for the song to exist.”
